Job Title: AGM/DGM Strategy

Job Overview:
- The AGM/DGM Strategy will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's long-term business strategy.
- This role involves working closely with senior leadership to develop a 3-5 year strategic plan, driving change management initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of key strategic initiatives.
- The candidate will also play a critical role in identifying new market opportunities, advising on portfolio expansion, and ensuring that the company meets its top line and bottom-line objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 3-5 year business strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to define strategic priorities and ensure alignment across business units.
- Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and unblocking any roadblocks that may arise.
Business Planning:
- Lead the annual business planning process, integrating market insights, financial goals, and operational capabilities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure the strategy remains relevant and responsive to market dynamics.
- Provide strategic guidance on resource allocation and investment decisions to maximize ROI.
Market Intelligence & Expansion:
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new growth opportunities, including potential market entry strategies in India and abroad.
- Advise on portfolio expansion, suggesting new products or services that align with the company's strengths and market demand.
- Develop strategies for entering new markets, including go-to-market plans and risk mitigation strategies.
Leadership & Change Management:
- Act as a visionary leader, driving change management initiatives that support the company's strategic goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic projects, ensuring collaboration and alignment across departments.
Top line & Bottom-line Management:
- Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure strategic initiatives contribute to achieving the company's financial targets.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the progress of strategic initiatives and their impact on the company's financial performance.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Represent the company at industry events and forums, positioning [Company Name] as a thought leader in the consumer durable sector.
Qualifications:
Education:
- MBA from a reputed institution with a specialization in Strategy, Business Management, or a related field.
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in strategy development and execution, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives that have delivered tangible business results.
- Experience in market analysis, business planning, and change management.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
