AGM/DGM - SAP FICO - Agro Chemical

- The selected candidate will be placed in the area of Financial and Sales Accounting and will be leading the developments in the area of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Taxation, Treasury etc and should ideally possess thorough knowledge of SAP SD&FICO

- Responsible for setting up process automations and rolling out solutions within the domain area.

- Along with domain area expertise the candidate should have exposure of managing the IT operations in an outsourcing model.

- Responsible for Negotiating contracts with IT vendors and service providers for installing new technology and training employees on its usage.

- Responsible for Designing finance products, Solution design, Users interaction for a new business requirement / change to existing process.

- Defining of scope, developing Functional Specifications and Functional Testing of development requirements.

- The candidate would be expected define and manage IT driven process automation, development & integration projects within stipulated timeframe.

Candidate Profile:

- A Chartered Accountant / Cost accountant or MBA Finance.

- Candidate should ideally possess thorough knowledge of SAP SD &FICO

- Managing a team 5-10 members.

- Exposure to at least 6-8 implementation project

- Extensive knowledge of SAP customization developments.

- Good knowledge of integration with Material Management Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, Logistics, CO etc.

- The candidate should possess excellent stake holder management, communication and collaboration skills.
