1. Current head of GTM or SFE with about 12-15 years of experience.
2. High exposure on the SFE side especially in creating MSL list with principles of segmentation and targeting.
3. Proven technology champ on the SFE side with exposure to external platforms like VEEVA or creation of internal systems for SFE facilitation.
4. Champion in collecting secondary sales through systems and processes.
5. Reasonable exposure in digital marketing either directly or indirectly.
6. Full exposure in target setting
7. Full exposure in restructuring of field force
8. Exposure to projects in sales force excellence
