About the company: The company has been founded by IIM B graduates they have presented company in to the realty industry whereby their synergy can help many developers expedite the sales and marketing exponentially. The company with a strong marketing team (only IIM ABC & ISB) has made outstanding team and has an order book of full of next two years with developers queuing up to be associated with their company and use their expert advise.
5. About the project: Candidate will be given a project / cluster of projects depending on the value realized from the deal
6. Key role of the job: Devising sales strategy / marketing strategy of the projects.
7. Scope of the Job: The company is looking at people from strategy team ideally from management consulting companies like Mckinsy, BCG, Accenture, KPMG etc who have handled any B2C product. Candidate should have done any sales / marketing strategy for a b2c product

9. Location of job: (Lower parel)
10. Acads: MBA IIM A/B/C and ISB. (Can push other colleges of that caliber if doing relevant work)
11. Experience: 4 - 8 yrs
12. CTC: Upto 30 lakhs
13. Working hours and offs: 9.30 am - 6.30 pm; 5 days a week
14. Reporting structure: VP Strategy
