JOB TITLE - AGM/DGM - Sales & Marketing

INDUSTRY - PLASTIC

LOCATION - Navi Mumbai

EXPERIENCE - 20 YEARS PLUS

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

BE (Mechanical/Polymer/Chemical Technology) preferably with post graduation in Management from a recognized/reputed institution.

AGE - BELOW 45 YEARS

CTC - AS PER INDUSTRY STANDARD

REPORING TO - Managing Director

ROLE - Overall ownership of B2B Marketing and Sales function PAN India

Experience and traits

- Overall ownership of B2B Marketing and Sales function.

- To develop and implement sales strategy plan to expand customer base, maximize market share, increase revenue, better the overall customer satisfaction and strategic objectives of the Company.

- Evolving and execute marketing strategy and plan in the areas of Market Opportunities with ever changing industry dynamics.

Responsibilities

- Ensure business growth and generate positive sales and revenue streams; maximize revenue through the selling of products/services to existing and new customers and implement sales

- Create and adhere to budgets and forecasts for yearly sales and marketing plan

- Action Plans for each targeted customer. Ensuring quality and customer-service standards

- Opportunities for sale of products in different segments

- Participate in the elaboration of customer's tenders/contracts/RFQs, assess customers, identify account needs and develop optimal solutions in coordination with manufacturing teams.

- Prepare and review the annual budget and presentation of sales plans in alignment with business objectives.

- Report on sales results with forecast for monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan.

- Present sales, revenue and collection and reports and realistic forecasts to the reporting officer and management team. Communicate on a regular basis to the management team about monthly targets.

- Develop PVA (price variation) formula with customers on mutual understanding based on indexes to avoid frequent price negotiations Ensure timely collection from customers dues with proactive approach Knowledge,

Experience Skills

- Knowledge of government and institutional sales and the commercial / bidding process and procedures of sales with reference to large.

- Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills.

- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices

- Excellent communication and people skills

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Good understanding of Customer requirement, data analysis and statistics methods

- Computer savvy with knowledge of SAP
