AGM/DGM - Sales Force Automation
Job Description :
- Implementations of Sales Force automation (SFA) Project in Sales & Marketing function for office product division to track day-to-day secondary sales.
- Responsible for all SFA initiatives of PAN India (Training, Drive, Execution, Analysis)
- Should have worked on automating various manual processes across hierarchy to improve effectiveness, control times spent and reduce cost.
- Working hand in hand with Team to implement various strategies to improve sales force productivity and impact
- Data Analysis (Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Zone & PAN India performance).
- Preparing Cost Benefit Analysis.
- Effort Analysis for all Field force and its impact on performance.
- Coaching Field Force & building processes and driving performance.
- Responsible for suggesting new KPI and designing flow diagram & templates to implement in the online system to get data & generate reports.
- Generating various dashboards to implement business analytics and throw light on various data points to improve organization process.
- Analyzing and forecasting opportunity loss in terms of customer coverage.
- Preparing analytics on system usage by field teams followed by continuous communication with field/business to drive the vital KPIs.
- Working in continuous collaboration with business to understand their requirements from the system and implement accordingly.
- Training Field force on new enhancement in the system to increase their capability in using these tools effectively.
- Planning and execution of effective incentive planning & disbursement system/recognition program.
- Interacting & coordinating with various department & provide necessary support on time.
- Trained all stake holders on the different application used at the organization level.
- Field Requirement & handling Customer queries ( internal customers )
- Training to subordinates on SFA & Sales admin function.
- Managing Mobile operation - PAN India for mobile reporting
- Communication to field colleagues on performances /Queries.
- Communicating internally, important feedback from customers.
- Provide support and identify areas of improvement to the field force.
- Developed efficient back-end team to support field force on day to day need.
- Manage Inter-dependencies among the team and develop an effective relationship.
- Should be able to highlights insight about Cost to serve / optimum through put / Etc through Data analytics
