- The primary purpose of the job is to carry out coordination and associated planning activities between the field and the corporate.
- Coordinate between the field sales team and the corporate sales team for sales and marketing-related issues
- Collate and analyze sales MIS preparing trend analysis and variance analysis
- Support the internal teams in pricing decisions by collecting and collating the appropriate information
- Carry out competitor analysis, including their pricing
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets
- Review and monitor the budgets on a regular basis and report the same
- Ensure timely acknowledgment of the dealers
- Sales team productivity management
Additional Responsibilities :Would have to take up field visits
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelors Degree (pref. in Agri sciences) with MBA
- 15 + years of experience in a similar role.
- Those who have worked in the area of Sales and Marketing and have a good understanding of the sales planning & coordination process can also apply/be considered
- Planning and organizing
- Team working and coordination
- Data analysis
- MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills are essential
- Knowledge of any advanced Data Analysis tools such as Power BI, or Tableau would be an added advantage
This role is crucial for the S&M team and the key link between the field and the corporate.
Candidate should have an affable personality with go-getter/problem-solving skills
Reporting to EVP & Head of Sales & Marketing - Crop Nutrition Business
Candidates from Agri Industry, Pesticides/ Specialty Chemicals Industry will be preferred.
