1. In-depth understanding of Job Evaluation, various types of incentives and benefit plans
2. High familiarity with current labor laws and regulations
3. MS Excel - strong experience of utilizing advanced formulas and develop graphs
4. Familiarity with Successfactors will be a plus
Compensation & Rewards :
1. Lead the planning, and execution of end-to-end year end compensation review, Performance mgmt., bonus pay-out
2. Co-ordination, administration, and documentation related to pay practices across entities
3. Planning and executing timely Compensation Benchmarking
4. Planning and executing Benefits Benchmarking
5. Enabling introduction of industry prevalent benefits post approvals
6. Formulating Policies, presenting for approval, and implementing post approval
7. Job Evaluation - executing the activity across organization when required and building in house capability on the same
8. Creating dashboards and operational metrics to report on progress in rewards and Performance management activities. Identifying and implementing process improvements to improve efficiency.
9. Ensuring data maintenance and accuracy of databases, according to the Compensation and benefits architecture
10. Presenting to senior management whenever required and handling process related queries
11. Building professional relationships with colleagues in Business area, across countries, regions and global teams
12. Facilitating continuous improvement through the identification, implementation & sharing of best practice in conjunction with peers.

2. Support in ensuring market competitiveness in rewards to retain talent.
3. Support in making amendments in the existing rewards and compensation review process whenever required.
4. Execute the annual compensation review process and performance management process.
5. Design and modify Annual performance/compensation review process as and when required.
