AGM/DGM - Quality Head - EPC - Power Division

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality management systems.

- Conduct quality audits, analyses, and management to ensure compliance with ISO standards.

- Establish and maintain quality control standards and procedures.

- Develop and implement checklists for quality documentation and inspection.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in renewable energy projects.

- Oversee the Power Division, including Solar, Railways, and Transmission & Distribution (T&D), ensuring adherence to quality standards.

- Lead a team of quality professionals and develop comprehensive quality procedures for projects.

- Evaluate the efficiency of existing quality systems and recommend improvements.

- Ensure timely completion of all quality-related tasks within budget constraints.

- Provide technical support to resolve quality-related issues during project execution.

- Oversee and manage high-capacity solar projects as the project head.

- Lead and manage teams efficiently to achieve project goals.

Certifications:

- Certification in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or equivalent)

- Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt/Black Belt) preferred

- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage
