Job Purpose: Job responsibility to D.G.M
Responsibilities:
- Ensure continuous improvement in productivity, recovery and quality
- To use in-house billets as a priority and simultaneously and gradually move the productivity from in-house billets towards results of PHB
- Monitor the reports in detail along with the questioning reasons for improvement
- Build-up a responsible and accountable team by ensuring proper training, motivation or penalty system.
- Proper coordination with planning department to ensure customer satisfaction and better productivity
- To ensure all the processes and SOPs are followed and properly documented
- Proper communication and coordination with interpatient for overall growth of the company
- To ensure the costings are met as per the targets given and have a strict control for improvements
- Safety, Kaizens, trainings and 5S are implemented and PCD documents are maintained
- Team management in terms of discipline, dependencies, shift rotations and leave rotations
- Skill matrix and KRAs for the entire production team to prepare and monitor the performance of each individual
- Proper communication and coordination with the maintenance team in order to upkeep the machinery (both PM and breakdown) and ensure proper production support is given during maintenance
- DGM is authorize to stop production in case any on line or after complete production process NG found in part for that particular lot.
