Position Title: AGM/DGM-P2P (Procure to Pay) Key Responsibilities: - Extensive Knowledge of Accounting and Payable Processes: - Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and payable processes. - Proficient in various system and automation programs related to Procure to Pay (P2P). Ensure Timely Invoice Processing: - Ensure all invoices are processed within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Guarantee timely payments to vendors and suppliers. Identify Process Gaps and Drive Automation Projects: - Identify inefficiencies in existing processes within the payable vertical. - Initiate and lead projects aimed at automating and improving efficiency in payable processes. Team Leadership and Management: - Manage and lead a team of 20-25 people involved in P2P operations. - Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure adherence to performance goals. Proficiency in SAP: - Possess working knowledge of SAP systems, particularly in the context of P2P processes. Commitment to Ethical Standards: Vendor Relationship Management: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. - Negotiate favorable terms and conditions to optimize procurement processes and cost efficiencies. Continuous Improvement and Reporting: - Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to P2P processes. - Uphold high ethical standards in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Ensure all activities adhere to current laws and corporate governance guidelines.
