Performance Management:
- Implement and manage the Performance Management System (tools, automation)
- Facilitate BSC/ goal setting for all L0 and L1s
- Provide People Manager training for BUs
- Drive adherence to PMS process timelines (goal-setting to final appraisals) across BUs
- Monitor quality of goals, reviews across levels
- Define Increment grid for the year
- Drive Moderation and Normalization across BUs
- Manage increments of all CXOs
- Manage promotion process of all GM and above
Total Reward Management:
- Define pay philosophy/ structure for Electric
- Design benefits package for Electric
- Complete compensation benchmarking
- Define level-wise Pay ranges for Electric
- Design and implement Variable Pay plan
- Design Incentive plans for BUs
- Design high impact R&R programs
- Tie up/ manage outsourced Payroll partner
- Run payroll for Corporate office employees
Evaluation Matrix:
- Quality of Performance System and practices at Electric
- Adherence to the PMS across BUs
- Adherence to Group norms (PMS Guidelines, PMS Survey)
- Employee engagement and retention at GM and above level
- Maturity of C&B practices at Electric
- Manpower costs for Electric
