AGM/DGM - Marketing & Communication

One of our client is looking for AGM/DGM (Marketing and Communication) to lead the marketing and communications function for the company.

The candidate should be highly organized and able to multi-task, should have ability to coordinate and support senior leadership, and should be Self-driven and proactive.

Qualification: Graduate in any field, Post Graduate in Marketing is preferred.

The brief JD is given below:

- Develop and deliver on marketing strategy for the company

- Develop demand generation campaigns to support targeted growth

- Manage the marketing communications function (planning, budgeting, customizing marketing communications)

- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders

- Manage branding and communications at events

- Work closely with HR to drive internal communications and employer branding activities

- Proactively advise on improving marketing processes and programs by using best practices
