AGM/DGM-Key Account Manager with a leading Telecom/ISP
- KAM will be responsible for acquisition, business development and relationship management of large and medium named accounts.
-KAM will carry the responsibility of entire lifecycle management including account acquisition, wallet share, new product/projects penetration account level revenue enhancement, account engagement, collection & market share for managed services across named enterprise accounts.
- KAM is expected to able to establish and nurture profitable relationships across various hierarchy levels mapped for named customer accounts, from CXOs to working managers levels.
- KAM will also have responsibility of being the vertical subject matter expert and be the local account connect for customers across segments having headquarters in the location where the position is based.
