Job Responsibilities
1. Ensuring completeness of financial with accuracy in timely manner.
2. Preparation & Review of financial statements on a periodic basis.
3. Preparing the Annual Operating plan of the Company
4. Various important aspect of Management reporting to be ensured:.
4a. Segmental Raw material - selling price analysis
4b. Major variable expense analysis - commission, freight etc.
4c. Fixed cost tracking
5. BU wise profitability and benchmarking from AOP / Latest Estimates and Previous year.
6. Analysis of BU and company profitability and trend thereof.
7. Ensuring accuracy of numbers through engagement with various controllers / section heads.
8. Engagement with Business heads on financial matters.
9. Engagement with section heads ensuring proper control over key reporting matters.
10. Ensuring reporting calendar is adhered too.
11. Preparation of Monthly review meeting presentations.
12. Preparation of Board presentations.
13. Ensuring reporting accuracy for various matters to management.
14. Ownership of Reporting calendar.
Qualifications :
- CA/CMA with 7 to 12 Years of experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing company is a must
- Understanding of Ind-AS is a must
