Role: AGM/DGM- IT
Location: Mumbai
Job Summary:
Progressively challenging role in response to core IT need across all India Operations
(Business Applications, Business Partnership, Infrastructure, Business Continuity, and Architect & Governance), with a broader responsibility to manage POS & SFDC Framework Applications and maintaining responsibility for cost effectiveness, systems performance and adherence to company policy and standards.
Job Profile:
IT Applications & Infrastructure
a. Partner with business to enable, engage and empower customers using technologies which are simple, usable, modern, fast and loved.
b. Reduce day-to-day complexity of commercial operation team by consistently providing better, faster and cheaper IT solutions and services.
c. Actively supported the technology transformation of products and services by simplifying & optimizing technology.
d. Responsible for end to end management and delivery of IT services within budget.
e. Contribute in realizing business strategies by making sure that Information Services vision and IT Services are properly aligned by creating various road maps working along with senior management and business partners.
f. Accountable for total satisfaction of internal customers with management and delivery of IT business applications and IT operations support services.
g. Leverage common processes to align the regional experience regardless of customer location or service requested and ensure consistent levels of services.
h. Responsible for business-critical applications like ERP, CRM, BI, MDM, Mobile and Social Media engagement.
i. Setup CoE to achieve operation excellence through improved business governance and setting appropriate SLAs working with various business leaders.
j. Successfully manage and actively partner for Mergers and Acquisitions from IT.
k. Improve gross margin by working actively on with various Indirect Spend initiative like contract renegotiations, consolidation, migration and rationalization of IT-Facilities Without impacting customer service.
l. Enhance sales performance, operational efficiency and customer centricity by implementing Business Analytics solutions.
m. Increase productivity and efficiency manual paper based processes using enterprise workflow solutions.
n. Spread the reach of various brands using websites, social media and mobile applications with Adhere-compliance of company policies
o. Convert team talent into extreme performance by developing and spreading very transparent innovative culture within IT

Bachelor / MCA

Professional Experience
a. At least 10 -15+ years of experience in IT Industry or Business IT Environment
b. Thorough knowledge about ERP/MRP systems.
c. Experience in CRM, DW/BI, Workflow technology, Web technology, Database, various business automations
d. Exposure to Agile methods of applications development
e. Knowledge about Office Productivity Tools, Networking - LAN/WAN & Security concepts.
f. RDBMS knowledge is must.
g. 3 to 5 years of experience of managing senior technocrats
h. Multinational Experience will be added advantage.
Candidate should also have past experience in managing IT delivery around Information Management (BI/DW/Big Data, Analytics), ERP and CRM systems.
Domain knowledge in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Sales and Marketing will be plus. Past experience in driving and leading IT integration during mergers and acquisitions is also desired.
