Role:

INDUSTRIAL RELATION & LIASIONING:

- Experience in project mobilization and demobilization.

- Statutory Compliances under CLA, BOCW, ISMW, S&E, PF, PT, LWF, ESIC - Liasoning & Corresponding - Labour office, BMC, TMC, WC Court, Labour Court, Metropolitan Court, Fire Dept., MPCB, Police.

- Inspection and Notices - CLA, BOCW, ISMW, PF, LWF, BMC, TMC, Pest Control, WC redresses.

- Insurance - EC, CAR, EAR, SCE, Fire, P.I, Marine, Health Policy - Administrative Operations of Site Management - Time Office, Security, AMC, Local Liasoning, Housekeeping

- Preparation and submission of documents to get Labour license under the Act

- Preparation of document and provide support for Renewal of Licence, provide support and complete guidance for Maintenance of Records, Return fare, Passbook, Return report, Site Audit Preparation of replies required for correspondence with Labour Department regarding notices under this Act. Refund of security deposited amount against license after completion of project.

STATUTORY COMPLIANCE:

- Statutory compliance: Monthly and annual returns under Factory Act Provident Fund Act, ESIC Act, MLWF Act, Contract Labour Act

EMPLOYEE'S ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES:

- Employee's Engagement Activities like Fun @ Work, Employees Family Get-together, Summer Camp for Employee Children, Arranging Various Medical Camp for Employees, New Year Functions, Independence Day celebration etc. and supervision of uniform & safety shoes distribution etc. Handling of employees' grievances.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT:

- Identification of training needs of our employees through skill matrix/competence mapping and conducting training programmes with the help of External and Internal trainers.

- Formulating Training Budgets and ensuring those allocated funds are utilized in the optimum manner towards the development of the human resources.

LEGAL FUNCTIONS:

- Looking after various cases pending before Labour Court and having co-ordination with legal advisor for legal proceedings, taking charge during emergencies like accidents, Statutory compliance's and returns.
