Position - AGM/ DGM- HR for a steel manufacturing unit.
Location - Orissa
Role : Oversee, monitor and drive training and key capability building initiatives. Support and drive Performance Management System and employee engagement at the unit level to build a high performance workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective and efficient delivery of training and development processes.
- Responsible for the design and implementation of organization structure.
- Facilitate, monitor and ensure implementation of robust Performance Management System across all levels
- Plan, establish and drive talent development and learning processes.
- Monitor and facilitate implementation of various training programs to ensure maximization of employee potential and productivity
- Plan, strategise and monitor employee engagement initiatives.
- Work along with employee relations team related to IR (industrial Relations) matters.
- Manage, guide and build a competent HR team
Desired Qualifications:
- A full time management graduate in Human resource from a reputed institute
- Strong exposure in HR at a large scale manufacturing unit
- 10-15 years experience preferably from Steel, metal or heavy engineering industry
Compensation - 25 L p.a.
