Qualification : MBA/PGDBM fulltime 2 Years in HR specialization.
Experience : 14 - 22 years of experience in any Manufacturing
Main Purpose of the Job:
The incumbent will be responsible for HR activities from - Recruitment to Separation- which incudes, talent resourcing, talent management, development, employee culture, MIS, PMS, employee communication etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end hiring and on-boarding process for Plant and Corporate functions.
- Engaged into end to end recruitment and selection process to fulfill the manpower needs.
- Participate in meetings & reviews with the function heads to understand existing and future manpower requirements
- Make sure that right sourcing channels are tapped and leverage to ensure quality and quantity of hiring via Linked in, Naukri.com, Referral scheme, Agencies etc.
- Finalizing the Job Description, job publishing & resume solicitation from the portals and internal reference. Salary negotiations and fitment finalization.
- Facilitate PMS process by consolidating appraisal data, addressing employees- queries & handling entries and corrections in the system Coordinate and manage the entire learning & development & employee engagement activities.
- Introduction of new performance management system including periodic performance reviews/appraisals with latest tools and techniques.
- Conduct workshop on PMS and Support employees on new PMS . Create MIS & hiring infographics.
- Facilitate half yearly and Annual Performance appraisal meeting and coordinate with Functional heads for documenting it.
- Formulation and implementation of Individual/Improvement/Leadership Development Plans.
