- We have been mandated by a large conglomerate for the below mentioned role.

Position Description:

Position Name: AGM /DGM -HR ,Chaliyama

Location: Jharkhand

Qualification : MBA / PMIR (Full Time).

Experience : 16+

Purpose of the Role :

- We are seeking an experienced AGM - HR & IR to oversee and manage the HR and IR functions within our integrated steel plant.

- The primary responsibilities will include overseeing IR, Statutory Compliance, Unions, Grievances & HR Oprations activities in side the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Industrial Relations:

- Develop and implement strategies to maintain positive relationships with trade unions, workers' councils, and other employee representatives.

- Manage all aspects of the collective bargaining process, including negotiations, contract administration, and dispute resolution.

- Monitor and analyze labor market trends, legal developments, and industry standards to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

- Address grievances and employee concerns in a timely and effective manner, fostering a harmonious work environment.

- Lead investigations into employee misconduct, disciplinary actions, and resolution of disputes in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Human Resources:

- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.

- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development.

- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies, in alignment with organizational needs.

- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with statutory requirements.

Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, and maintain accurate records and documentation.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for management review and regulatory submissions as required.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel, government agencies, and industry associations, to address compliance issues and promote best practices.
