Job Title : AGM/DGM - HR

Job Description:
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal, quality management issues and all the procedures and policies specified in the existing HR Manual)
- Establish appropriate and maintain existing systems for measuring and monitoring necessary aspects of HR development
- Monitor, measure and report on HR issues opportunities and development plans and achievement as per agreed formats and timescales
- Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets working along with Accounts
- Liaison with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, policies, purpose and achievements.
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development practices and methods and provide suitable information and interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization.
- Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirement, environmental policies, cleanliness (5S), and small steps for on-the-job improvements (Kaizen).
- Audit and authenticate all documents related to HR, salary statements and distribution, policies etc.
- Plan and direct for Training of employees including senior managers, maintain contact with outside resources for training.
