As an AGM/DGM - HR, you will play a key role in assessing needs & develop solutions in areas such as employee experience, engagement, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, retention, etc. You must understand business priorities and translate them into a plan that supports our rapidly growing business.
1) Designing and executing recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates.
2) Proactively identifying and addressing hiring needs.
3) Evaluating and refining sourcing and selection procedures.
4) Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements.
5) Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs.
6) Partner with the leadership teams to assess, design, and deliver solutions needed to optimize talent and enhance effectiveness including employee experience, engagement, workforce planning, and performance management.
7) Strong Stake holder management.
8) Serve as HR business partner for HRs.
9) Strong business acumen including the ability to connect company objectives, functional goals, and people priorities.
10) Assess, design, and implement people solutions across functional areas.

12) Strong working knowledge of multiple Human Resource disciplines including organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance acceleration, talent development, compensation, and local employment laws.
13) Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives within the business units, restructures, and process
