POSITION IS REPORTED BY: BHR Managers / Asst. Managers / Officers / Executives
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Strategic Responsibilities
- Act a s a Conduit between the HR department and the Business / Operations Unit
- Propose a Business Case for customized/unique HR solutions in line with the dynamic needs of the Business Unit supported
- Act as a HR Consultant to the changing needs of the business
- Understand critical success factors of the business and support them through innovative HR interventions
- Provide business centric inputs to the Corporate framework in redefining HR offerings from time to time
- Come up with new ideas and suggestions on the functioning of BHR activities for the business.
Operational Responsibilities
- Ensure effective implementation of all HR processes across the Business Unit
- Manage the leadership induction of new joiners (TL- TM ) in the business unit
- To identify opportunities of internal growth and implement the IJP policy with utmost transparency.
- Deploy various employee listening initiatives to continually guage the pulse of employees
- Devise action plans in consultation with the Business Unit to improve employee engagement and satisfaction levels
- Work closely with Operations and ensure timely closure of employee related work processes such as confirmation, transfer, promotion, separation etc.
- Ensure all queries, grievances and escalations across processes are resolved within committed timelines;
- Facilitate fair and transparent Investigation of Employee grievance/ disciplinary issues and take suitable actions
- Responsible for supporting Operations in controlling attrition; ensure prescribed coverage of employees in exit Interviews and ensuring that the findings of the Exit Interviews for resigned employees are shared with operations on timely basis, separation trends identified and action plan devised to address key drivers of attrition.
- Meeting all MSA compliances for the processes within the cluster
- To be accessible when any employee has any grievance that requires HR intervention
- Respond and resolve issues arising out of work or from within a team or across departments that may have a bearing on team effectiveness
- Need-based escalation of decisions and ensure proper follow-up of the same
- Sending out Reports / Dashboards to the Sr. Mgnt / stakeholders as per the timelines.

Information Security:
General Security Responsibilities:
- Adhering to Information Security Policies and Procedures of IGS
- Ensuring compliance to Information Security Policies and Procedures.
Specific Security Responsibilities:
- Ensure reportees (If any) comply with the security policy and procedure of IGS
- Understand and Comply with Information Security Policies and Procedures, and report all security incidents.
- Ensure the audit non-compliances are fixed within the stipulated timelines.
- Follow the information labeling and handling procedures based on the classification level of the asset.
- Protect information entrusted to you.
- Follow the Clear Screen and Clear Desk Policy.
- Adhere to the Internet Code of Conduct, email usage policy and customer information and data security policy.
- Comply with the Non Disclosure Agreement.
