- Head Hunting for senior / critical positions
- Ensuring timely and effective Induction
- Driving probation assessment and confirmation process
- Preparing and maintaining Comp structure
- Ensuring timely goals setting, reviews, promotions / increments
- Ensuring effective Payroll process and Statutory compliances
- Responsible for Budgeting
- Ensuring timely Probation Confirmations,
- Ensuring Training nominations and maintaining required records
- Reward & Recognition process implementation
- Ensuring high level of engagement, People connect
- Creating positivity by Celebrations, Long service greetings, events etc.
- Ensuring efficacy of all the HR systems & policies
Skills and Competencies required
- Knowledge of HR systems & processes
- Good sourcing skills and selection techniques
- Ability to draft job specifications and job descriptions
- Good understanding on PMS
- Good understanding of Comp and Ben
- Knowledge of Statutory compliances and payroll processes
- Strong Communication and influencing skills
- Networking and interpersonal skills
- Initiative and drive
- Good execution skills
- A flexible team player
- Good leadership skill
