AGM/DGM/Head - Operations - Auto Plastic Components

Job Level: AGM/DGM

Job Location: Gujarat (Becharaji) / Haryana (Kharkhoda/Manesar)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Moulding/ Assembly/ Maintenance & toolroom activities

- Daily Manufacturing plan & execution

- Process Quality

- Ensure delivery as per plan

- Improve Manufacturing Cost structure and capacity utilization

- Ensure on time delivery of Quality products

- Ensure Customer rating of 1000/1000 and Zero defects

- Ensure reduction in internal PPM

- Achieve daily production target and continuously improve plant OEE

- Engage & motivate team members to reduce absenteeism & attrition

Candidate Profile:

- BE/ B.Tech (Mech/ Chemical)/ PGDPP from Institute of repute

- 18-22 years of relevant experience

- Working as Operations Head involving Moulding, Assembly, Maintenance & Toolroom activities

- Experience of handling a minimum 600 headcounts

- Should have exposure of Interior Plastics Components with exposure of injection moulding machines of 1000-2500 ton

- Should know World Class manufacturing practices
