Our client is India's leading project cargo logistics solution provider with specialization in multi modal Over Dimensional Cargo (ODC) and Sensitive Cargo with a global footprint. They have the distinction of being India's largest logistics solutions provider in the renewable energy sector.
They are on lookout for Head - Commercial and Finance, who will lead and manage all commercial activities of the business. Develop and implement an innovative, growth focused commercial strategy, focusing primarily on new product areas and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities -
A. Accounting :
- Manager account operations, working capital, client billings, vendor invoices through third party shared services and mange branch operations.
- Contract management; review and finalize contracts, Supervise compliance with terms & conditions
- Coordinate with internal audit
B. Finance -
- Trade credit risk management, Monitoring client credit limits, realization of dues & Prepare & supervise annual operating budget
- ERP implementation & upgrade
- Prepare & monitor cash flow projections
- Understand the value drivers of the business and identifying profitable commercial opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
- Maintain track of external factors (including competitors, government business initiatives, current and proposed legislation in relation to commercial activities) which impact the business.
- Conduct market research and analysis to produce business plans/recommendations (including all associated costs and forecasted revenue for the business), to ensure that all business development opportunities (new products, services and markets) are optimized.

Education & Experience :
- Chartered Accountant or ICWAI.
- 10+ years- post qualification experience, ideally in logistics services, freight forwarding and/or supply chain industry.
- Proven track record of leading, managing and growing a sizeable commercial organization.
