Job requirement:
- Lead Quality function for a BPO division – Electronic Content Management, Publishing, Legal, BFSI.
- Identify opportunities for taking up Quality Improvement Projects at Global level, co-ordinate amongst all Operations and Technology functions and successfully lead the projects using proven TQM tools and techniques.
- Capable of close interactions with overseas customers for precise understanding of specifications and expectations
- Build & mentor teams across company on Quality methodologies and inculcate Quality mindset across organization.
- Implement customized Quality Management System practices
- Basic Qualification: Graduate in Engineering or equivalent with good academic record
- Professional Qualification: PGD / Certifications in Business Administration or Quality Management,
- Word Experience: 15plus years, most of which as leading role in the area of Quality Assurance. Experience with BPO / KPO processes involving ECM, Publishing, Legal & BFSI verticals are essential.
Job Responsiblity:
- Ability to quickly grasp the Business specific requirements / rules
- Strong inter personal skills and cross coordinating abilities
- Should have conceptual clarity on the various Quality and Management tools
- Experience in Quality Management Systems implementation & sustenance.
- Effective communication and articulation abilities, with experience of direct working with overseas customers.
