Post graduation in HR/IR with 15+ years of balanced experience handling Plant HR/IR in organisations with manpower in excess of 1000 (including contract labour)

Candidate should have headed Plant HR for not less than 8-10 yrs.

Recruitment

Training & Development

PMS

Industrial Relations - handling Unions, negotiating with Unions, signing long term settelements, should have faced tough IR situations like strikes, lockouts, Go slow, etc.

Should have good exposure to handling and keeping good relations with sorrounding villages, local leaders, etc.

Should have hands on exposure on relevant Statutory compliances.

Candidate is mandatorily required to shift with family to near Hyderabad and stay at company quarters.
