Role: A Pan India Individual Contributor role by initiating the Sales Business targets with effective and tangible goals for Air, Ocean, Brokerage & Contract Logistics products (One Window Solution Positioning)
Team: Individual Contributor Role. Backed up by KAM team to assist post Sales
NATURE & SCOPE
- Spearheaded corporate and individual Sales of International Freight Forwarding and Custom Clearance.
- Taking care of Sales with focus on achieving predefined Sales target and growth.
- Drive the business plan to support targeted Sales opportunities, account penetration, and Sales growth strategies.
- Forecasting and planning monthly & quarterly target and execute them in given time frame.
- Rate negotiation with internal / external customer keeping the market scenario in mind.
- Developing new customer and negotiating with them for securing profitable business.
- Regular monitoring of outstanding for trading customer to have better grip on account receivables.
- Develop Strategic Sales Plan in alignment with Company objectives and goals to achieve Profitability,
- Revenue and Volume targets through Value Based selling
- Maintain relationships with senior leadership in customer organizations to network and uncover opportunities to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive account strategies for retention and acquisition.
- Participate in strategy sessions with KAM teams during contract negotiations to ensure customer requirements for large, complex agreements are represented.
Candidate Competencies:
- Individual Contributor. Travel across Pan India
- Excellent skills in Sales & Business Development of Freight Forwarding, along with working knowledge in Customs Clearance.
- Must have experience catering to clients from Auto / Food/ Pharma/ Engineering/ Retail/ Ecommerce/ Chemical industries.
- Key strengths in Corporate Sales.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience.
