Position Responsibilities :

To ensure that the administration and management affairs of the company are duly conducted/carried out in regular and efficient compliance of the various Corporate legislations, rules and regulations with the objective of getting adherence to best corporate governance of the organization.

Overall in-charge of complete finance, accounting, legal, commercial, compliance and taxation functions.

Position description :

Company Secretary

- Ensuring compliance with the provisions of Companies Act, and various other applicable corporate legislations, rules, regulations etc. on regular and continuous basis.

- Ensuring implementation of proper corporate governance provisions, submission of reports and information on timely basis for ensuring compliance with the applicable corporate governance provisions, listing agreement of the stock exchanges etc.

- Maintenance of statutory registers and records as prescribed by the Companies Act for all the subsidiary companies, making relevant appropriate entries as may be applicable, regular updating of the same on timely basis, filing of various returns and forms with authorities as may be required.

- Ensuring preparation of monthly reports with MCA, RBI and other Regulatory Bodies & ensuring compliances in line with the applicable corporate laws

- Ensuring conduction / co-ordination of concerning due diligence audit and Secretarial Audit compliances for all applicable companies on timely basis; Vetting/preparation of various corporate and finance agreements in relation to the companies

- Generating MIS Reports required for the Board and PE Funds

Position description :

Finance & Accounts :

- Hands-on on General Accounting and Auditing Principles

- Managing the company F&A, MIS Preparation, Rolling Forecast, Analysis and Reporting

- Timely MIS & inputs to management for cost control & planning for mid-course corrections and preparation of MIS for management.

- Accountable for Budgetary Control, Treasury activities.

- Preparation of Budgets and various control standards, comparing the actual with the standards and Variance analysis

- Corporate Financial Reporting : Preparation of balance sheet, estimate wise cost sheet, profitability analysis & related reviews, pipeline analysis & business gap analysis and related MIS, budgeting & forecasting, cash & fund management, working capital management & treasury management

- Setting-up Internal Controls and evolving better practices

- Business Partnering with Director - Finance

- End to end responsibilities for execution of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and Tax Audit.

- Taxation: Handling the filing of income tax returns, completing assessments & appeal procedures.

- In charge of statutory compliances - PF, VAT, Professional Tax, Service Tax, TDS compliances.

Qualifications, Experience & Skill Sets :

- CA & CS with Overall 5-8 years having independently managed the functions for considerable duration within a Service Industry.

- The candidate should be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

- Well versed with project accounting, finalization of Balance sheet, MIS Reports etc.

- Good experience in SAP.

- Age Not more than 30.
