AGM/ DGM - Finance & Accounts - Construction Business

Responsibilities:

- Prepare, examine or analyze accounting records, financial statements or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

- Reconcile of bank statements, Liaison with banks for the smooth functioning of day-to-day transactions of banks.

- Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.

- Develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping and accounting systems.

- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements. Compliance relating to submission of returns and deposit of tax relating to income tax, VAT, Service Tax etc. of the Company.

- Annual Budget Preparation. Budget Analysis & Deviation analysis Report.

- All commercial & accounting activities from the initial stage till the finalization of accounts which includes project accounting. Preparation & scrutinizing of accounting documents, maintain books of accounts up to finalization level, settlement of accounts.

- Audit preparation & updation of all documents related to statutory Audit. This includes preparation of Audit schedules & working documents.

- Excellent knowledge of Income tax and Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS).

- Must have advance Excel and MS office Knowledge.

Requirements:

- MBA-Finance/ Charted Accountant (preferable)

- Minimum 15-20 Years of relevant experience

- Must have advance Excel and MS office Knowledge.

- Excellent knowledge of Income tax and Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS).
