Data Revenue:
- Lead data pricing for the entire country
- Ensure competitiveness on pricing while driving growth
- Drive penetration of data users on base as well on new acquisition through product and GTM interventions
Device Penetration:
- Provide aggressive products for RHBO and FHBO programs to the devices teams
- Ensure GTM for HBO programs in the market
- Monitor and create programs for driving device penetration on base
Key Performance Indicators:
- Ensure profitability of data business through controlling rpMB
- Roll out data pricing policy for the country
- FRC construct intervention to make the preferred choice for new users
- Move up device penetration on acquisition as well as existing base
- Maintain balance between rpMB and aggression on HBO products
- Get sales alignment for driving HBO programs in the market
Interaction:
- Internal role this position would need to interact with to enable success in day to day work
- Heavy interaction with Circle Marketing teams to understand opportunities and create products
- Interaction with Corp Network team, regulatory, CSD and other functions to design and roll out products
- Interaction with Devices sales and tie-up teams to ensure that pipeline for devices is ready as per business plan
Skills & Knowledge:
- Tech Graduate and Business Degree with 10+ years of experience
- Pricing and business management experience required
- Prior devices exposure will be helpful for the role
- Has to be excellent on understanding data and trends
- Prior exposure to Internet business is desirable
- Ability to understand trends and their impact on business
- Ability to align multiple stakeholders to common national objective
- Ability to lead a team of high achievers
- Ability to drive a very high growth business
