Role Name: AGM/DGM- Cost Control

Location: Gurgaon (Would be mostly working out of the corporate office, however may require to travel to the Project site on need basis)

Exp: 15-16 yrs

Main KRA:

- To work on the cost control, budgeting and quantity surveying for a specific project assigned

- Work in close association with Project head to ensure project costing is optimized

- Design, strategize, monitor and analyze for effective cost controlling and reduce any extra costs incurred for a project, basis which procurement can be done

- Industry Background: Real Estate or Cost Control companies (Do not want people from billing background)

Qualifications: Preferably Civil Engineers
