Purpose:

- Selected candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Skills:

Strategic HR Leadership:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies in line with organizational goals.

- Provide guidance and support to HR team members across various departments and locations.

- Analyze workforce trends and propose innovative solutions to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

- Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.

- Implement robust onboarding processes to integrate new hires seamlessly into the organization.

- Develop and execute talent management programs to nurture leadership potential and succession planning.

Employee Relations and Compliance:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.

- Monitor compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations, conducting regular audits and assessments.

- Lead investigations into employee complaints or grievances, fostering a respectful and supportive workplace environment.

Performance Management and Training:

- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.

- Identify training needs across the organization and collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver effective learning initiatives.

- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, promoting professional development opportunities for employees at all levels.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

- Generate regular reports for senior management, providing insights into key HR metrics and trends.

- Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
