JD:
- It is imperative to have excellent communication skills and thrive in fast paced, constantly challenging work environment.
- Demonstrate leadership ability, highly motivated self-starter and skilled at managing financial results/revenues of the branch/region.
- He/she will need to identify the potential in the market, and figure out means to tap new opportunities.
- He/she should have a good exposure to various sales processes, conceptualizing and executing sales expansion, driving campaigns and establishing healthy business relationships with clients..
- He/she should have an experience of leading a team of Managers and their teams.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
- He/she will be reporting into the Head BP.
- He/she will need to liaison with the Marketing, Circulation and Editorial teams.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Primary Responsibilities):
- Will be responsible for the business (Revenue, Market share, and yields) for BP.
- Will need to map the market for potential business.
- Will need to look at new avenues of growth.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION
Full-time MBA in Marketing from a decent Institute
PREFERRED
- A sales background person from print media industry
- Good interpersonal skills & networking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
