Job Purpose:
The Business Process Manager is responsible for evaluating, optimizing, and reengineering business processes to enhance organizational efficiency and support strategic goals. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, translating business needs into functional requirements, and driving continuous process improvements. The Business Process Manager plays a key role in project management and execution, ensuring seamless workflow integration and supporting overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business needs, including feasibility studies and possible solutions.
2. Process Analysis & Re-engineering:
- Lead business process analysis, redefinition, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Redesign workflows to deliver significant organizational benefits.
- Map current ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") business processes using BPM tools.
- Evaluate the impact of process changes on key performance indicators and business outcomes.
3. Solution Development:
- Develop business cases that define potential benefits and risks of process improvements.
- Propose effective, data-driven solutions to business challenges.
- Monitor and assess the performance of re-engineered processes over time.
4. Documentation & Communication:
- Create comprehensive documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and use cases.
- Ensure clarity and simplicity in presenting complex ideas to a wide range of audiences.
5. Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze data to identify process bottlenecks and support decision-making with actionable insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders for process improvement.
6. Change Management & Adoption:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Develop and implement training materials and change management strategies.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and serve as a point of contact for user queries.

- Internal Functions: Operations, Procurement, Finance & Accounts, IT, Support Functions
- External Stakeholders
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or MBA.
- 13+ years of experience in manufacturing and process transformation, with expertise in Source to Pay, Order to Cash, and Sales & Operations Planning.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Visio, and BPM tools.
Key Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management principles.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments.
Other Requirements:
- Age: Under 45 years
- Strong understanding of BPM notations and process modelling tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
