Role & Responsibilities:
- Should have handled, HR Operations & Team Lead, BGV, HRMS, documentation, letter issuances, Pan India Compliance, compensation benefits, Payroll, handle end to end HR back-office operations.
- Established Business Partnership between Business Strategy, People Values & Individuals goals.
- Engaged with Key Business Stake-holders to drive Organizational Change Initiatives.
- Strategic Partner of management and leadership teams on Human Resource issues within India.
- Engaged the Operations team in leading HR initiatives on the floor.
- Develop specific policies and processes relevant for Business units.
- Responsible to manage talent management vertical for assigned business
- Keep a pulse on Employee Morale bringing trends and recommendations to Business Heads and People Leaders
- HR Business Operations, Employee Engagement, HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Performance Management, HR Strategy, Employee Grievances, Talent Management, HRBP, Rewards and Recognition, Retention Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Benefits, HR Policies, Job Analysis, Day to Day HR Activities
- Involved in the coordination with the candidate and stakeholders during the recruitment process to enhance overall experience of candidate and stakeholder
- HR Risk & Governance - Responsible for all the regional audits, statutory audit and internal audit.
- Manages all risks and governance for HR, which includes Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly risks reporting to regions. Responsible for driving the regional risk framework, which includes Risk & control Self-Assessment, Key Risk Indicators monitoring & incident reporting.
- Service Delivery Manager- Service delivery manager for all HRs, Circle Vendors like payroll, insurance etc. This consists of regional reporting of HR vendors for risk and sustainability under
- Service Delivery monitoring framework.
Employee Benefits - All operations for employee benefits are managed by my team. Payroll administration, Insurance, Car Lease, Club Membership, Shares etc.
