AGM/DGM Business Development - Ad For Equity with a Media House".
The person will be responsible for sourcing deals for HT Media's Ad For Equity
Team.
- The candidate should have connect/regular interaction at the promoter/CEO/CFO level of companies doing business in the consumer space ranging from startups to listed companies.
- Industries include Healthcare/FMCG/Consumer Electronics/Ecommerce/NBFC e.t.c .
- Identify, shortlist and pitch to potential target Companies for investment using various primary and secondary research including cold calls.
- The candidate in existing role should have carried out industry/company research and regularly attend management meet/ company conference call/ industry conferences.
- Understand the key advertising needs of the client and prepare the advertising proposal accordingly
- Prepare detailed Management presentation / Investment Memo on any opportunity for presenting before the investment committee.
- Coordinate with Due Diligence/Lawyer, Valuation agencies, and internal teams such as Legal/commercial to expedite deal closure
- Manage Relationship with portfolio Companies for their advertising needs, offer customized solutions to new and existing clients
Skills: Preferably MBA / CA / CFA with prior 7 - 10 years experience in PE,Investment Banking and Brand Capital
