Deputy General Manager - Recruiting Leader - Software Product Development
Position : Group Leader Recruiting Leader- Technology Hiring
Level : AGM/ DGM /AVP
Reports to : Senior Director TA Lead India & APAC based at DELHI
Scope :
1) Build and Manage a TA team of around 10-14
2) Responsible for hiring around 500 IT Professional for the inhouse software product development unit.
3) Stakeholder management
4) Vendor management
Detailed JD awaited - will have details like Planning, stratigising etc
- Recruitment Leader managing hiring for multiple business units mainly IT.. Understanding the Hiring Plan, strategies the recruitment process, improving the existing system, identify gaps etc
- Planning business requirements in consultation with heads of different functions
- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
- On time delivery of resources with Diversity inclusion & leveraging low cost options like media, inviting referral CV's and social media channel like Linkedin
- Participating in all relevant Talent projects to enhance business experience.
- Managing & partnering with stakeholders across sectors & competencies
Requirement :
- 12-17 yrs experience in Recruitment preferrable from Software Product Development MNC
