This position, titled "Manager/AGM - CSPD," falls under the "Strategy & Planning" department within the "Group Corporate Strategy" team of the organization.

Job Purpose:

This role focuses on providing analytical support and strategic guidance to the organization, particularly in the GCS (Group Corporate Strategy) sector. It involves analyzing external developments, assessing new business opportunities, participating in strategy planning, and supporting special projects. The manager is also responsible for financial modeling and arbitration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate New Business Opportunities: Assess infrastructure and digital business opportunities, track changes in the external environment, and provide updates on their impact.

- Preparation of Monthly MIS: Collaborate with sector and asset planning teams to create monthly management information systems (MIS) with valuable insights.

- Supporting Strategy Planning: Assist in strategic planning, deployment, and participation in annual operating plan (AOP) reviews. Provide analytical support for special projects.

- Facilitate Portfolio Analysis: Analyze the value of each asset or project in the airport business and recommend actions to maximize the sector's potential.

- Support Decision Making: Offer decision support for key stakeholders in evaluating new bids, investments, and Go-No Go decisions.

- Policy Advocacy and External Interfacing: Facilitate policy initiatives and interact with external stakeholders to enhance the organization's understanding of the industry landscape.

- Special Assignments: Provide support on special projects, collaborate with internal and external partners, assist in due diligence, and manage post-transaction closure activities.

- Support Corporate Strategy Team: Assist the Group Corporate Strategy team in assessing internal and external developments and providing forward-looking suggestions.

Interactions:

- Externally, the manager interacts with industry forums, the Sector Planning Group, the Group Chairman's Office, and Business Chairman's Office. Internally, interactions occur with department heads, business development teams, and other relevant teams.

Dimensions:

- The role involves significant financial modeling and analysis, initially as an individual contributor.

Skills and Knowledge:

Educational Qualifications:

- MBA and Engineering Degree from top institutions (preferably IIM+IIT).

- Experience: Minimum 6+ years in relevant industries.

Skills:

- Ability to analyze the macroeconomic environment, understand regulatory frameworks, corporate finance, and valuation concepts. Proficiency in contract analysis and Excel modeling.


- Familiarity with market intelligence tools. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
