Qualification :

- MBA - Regular MBA from Good institute - LIBA, Loyala & RICS preferred.

- Ok with 7-10 years plus Executive MBA - straight from the institute.

Job description :

- New Business Development & Leasing for Projects in Chennai - Cyber City, Chennai.

- City market development - IPC broker relationships and new client relationships development.

- Achieve leasing target for the Project

- Positions based in Chennai and reporting to Pavithra.

Qualification and Experience :

- 7-8 years experience in office Leasing & Business Development.

- Proven track record of closing large leasing deals representing MNC clients or Developer on an end-to-end basis.

- Work Exp. With IPCs/ Good commercial real estate developer preferred.

- Extrovert personality with good client engagement and relationship skills.

- Higher level of presentations and communication skills.

- Good proficiency in analytical skills and proficiency in excel, PowerPoint to develop a client - Space & portfolio solutions.

- New client pitches, presentations and business development in Chennai Market.
