Job Title: AGM– Corp HR
Location:New Delhi
Job Purpose:To support the CHRO/ Corp HR function by leadingthe below processes across the system
- Business Process excellence – HR Champion
- Employee engagement initiatives – Gallup surveys, action planning& implementation of Gallup Enterprise wide action plan
- Standardize and implement the Employee Engagement Calendar across the company
- Dipstick surveys to check the relevance of the engagement calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Excellence
i. Assist the CHRO in establishing a robustbusiness process management system
ii. Establish training and process certification as an ongoing process
iii. Facilitate improvement of existing business processes and establish a continuous improvement mechanism
iv. Establish and deploy a process assurance and audit framework
Employee Engagement/ Gallup/ Employer Branding
i. Create processes to address employee engagement gaps and build a strong Employer Brand
ii. Delivering on a robust employee engagement agenda – including meticulous implementation of the Gallup Enterprise Wide Action Plan
iii. Building environment as a Best/Fun Place to Work/ standardized family events
iv. Institutionalize the employee engagement calendar across the organization
v. Internal communications
Standardize the Employee Engagement Calendar
i. Standardize the employee engagement calendar for across the organization
ii. Responsible for planning, collating, tracking and adherence of Event Calendar
Relationship Management
i. Instrumental in effective partnering with State HRs/ Leadership Team, to leverage capabilities on both sides in discharging role responsibilities& ensuring execution
ii. Exposure to working with consultants / partners in the field of Business Process Excellence and Employee Engagement Surveys.
Requirements:
Knowledge
a) MBA (pref HR)
b) 10-12 yrs of work exp in relevant HR verticals
Skill
a) Experience of defining & implementing world class business processes
b) Experience in Gallup surveys, employee engagements
c) HR Generalist
Talent
a) High on emotional maturity & self belief
b) Resourceful
c) Highly Relationship driven to be able to drive indirect reports
d) High on people handling skills with the right attitude
Must Have:
a) Experience in drafting & implementing world-class – Business HR Processes
b) Employee Engagement surveys
c) Operational excellence
Desirable:
a) Experience of driving Gallup Q12, champions training, organizational development & future road map
b) Identification & implementation of corporate best practices
Others:
CTC: INR 12-16L
Grade: M2/2
Preferred industry: Large sized/ matrix organizations
Age Range: 30-35 yrs
