AGM/Consultant - Content - Instructional Design

Position Title: Consultant ( Assistant General Manager ) - Instructional Design

Reporting Structure: Position would report to Head/Senior Consultant Instructional Design - depending upon the experience and position

Minimum Requirements

Education: Graduate Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Mass communication/ English literature or copy writing from a reputed institute.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

Job specifications:

The candidate must be able to think creatively and conceptualise the design of e-learning courses. He/she should possess excellent writing and oral communication skills. The candidate will also be required to analyze content, chunking/sequencing content, instructionally depict the required content in a storyboard format and review written text by members of the team.
