AGM - Compliance - Insurance

Compliance with all applicable laws/ regulations

1. Track and ensure all regulatory filings are done in a timely manner, Track changes to laws/ regulations, assess business impact and work with relevant functions to ensure adherence & control mechanisms, ongoing compliance with laws/ regulations

2. Interaction with regulator for approvals and licenses

3. Develop and manage internal Compliance policies & procedures

4. Review and regulatory filing of Sales & Marketing material

5. Support to business - Review and approval of Company policies, Customer correspondence, new initiatives

6. Solutions to business within regulatory framework and guidance mitigation of regulatory and reputational risks

7. Manage Anti-Money Laundering Policy, procedures, review, investigations and reporting to regulatory authorities

8. Review and reporting of Compliance metrics and processes

9. Monthly and Quarterly compliance reporting to management and Prudential international Insurance (PII)

10. Strengthen Compliance & Ethics culture through awareness and Training initiatives Manage annual Corporate Agency Inspections
