Job responsibilities
- Strategize and implement compensation strategy, associated benchmarks, frameworks & processes.
- Support Annual performance appraisal processes
- Carry out role mapping/career level mapping exercises across the organization.
- Ensure alignment to the Compensation Philosophy of the organization
- Design and administration of competitive reward and incentive plans
- Formulation, review and communication of HR and C&B policies
- Work with external agencies & vendors to collect market intelligence & use the same for appraisal & compensation related decision making to stay competitive in the market.
