Key purpose of the job: The Position is responsible for the Maintenance of accounts accurately on a real time basis and ensure compliances to the regulatory, tax audit, Cost Audit and statutory requirements for quarterly and financial reporting Strategic

- Maintain the accounts accurately on a real time basis

- Ensure compliances to the regulatory, tax audit, cost audit and statutory requirements for financial reporting

- Prepare & monitor systems and procedure for effective management of cost and generation of MIS report as per JV partners

Operational :

- Ensure maintenance of books of accounts as per rules, regulation and standards

- Statutory Compliance of TDS, GST, foreign remittance & FEMA

- Monitoring & scrutiny of Corporate Accounts

- Undertaking checks and balances in relation to vendor payments

- Preparation of the monthly performance report and analysis of variance from budget

- Preparation of monthly financials for MIS and Quarterly Results for Audit/LR

- Completion of tax audit, Cost Audit & Statutory Audit within timeline

Developmental :

- Updates on regulatory and statutory changes.

- Ensuring all financial accounting work is handled by the team correctly and on time.

Internal & External Interactions

- Internal: Finance team

- External: Internal & Statutory Auditors, Consultants, Tax Auditors & cost Auditors

Education & Experience Requirement:

- Past experience in one of the Big 4 accounting firms (Financial accounting and advisory), commercial real estate

- CA with 7-12 years of experience.

- Good Analytical Skill, Knowledge of Direct & Indirect Tax, Accounting Standard, Companies Act, INDAS, SAP
