AGM - Commercial & Business Development/Compliance Management - Aviation Sector - South India

We are looking for senior person Commercial & Bus Development in aviation sector for South India.

1. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators

- Compliance to CA obligations of GGIAL and Authority - As per CA requirements and timelines.

- Sign off agreements / contracts with Government departments, as per CA - As per CA requirements and timelines.

- Obtain necessary License and Permits - As per CA requirements and timelines.

- Interact with Government of Goa and Government of India, as required - Need based.

- Correspondence management with Gov. Authorities - Need based.

2. INTERACTIONS

Government of, Directorate of Civil Aviation CEO / Sr. Management

MoCA, DGCA, AAI, Immigration, BCAS, CISF, etc. Legal, Finance, Procurement / Contracts, Regulatory,

EPC Contractor, PMC Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs, HR

Airports / Airlines Projects & Engineering, IT, Operations

3. DIMENSIONS

Financial Dimensions

- Shall be in line with the Business Model / Phase 1 requirements

Other Dimensions

- Shall closely interact with the concerned Dept. Heads in delivering the desired results.

4. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications

- BE / MBA

Relevant and total years of Experience

- Min. 12 Years of total experience of which at least 3 years of Airports / Airline experience

- Expertise in drafting / articulating contracts, agreements

- Working knowledge of commercial laws

- Excellent communication skills
