- Drive advanced capabilities, innovation and excellence in performance, collaborating with the enterprise Operations team, Business Team, Manufacturing Team, Quality /Technology.

- Plays the role of a collaborator, integrator and influencer and a voice of reason and connects strongly within and across the verticals. Enable the Operations team to execute business goals and strategies using the framework of Integrated Business Planning process (S&OP, Long term Capacity and capability planning, Business Reviews) with the ultimate objective of improving customer service for the Verticals across all markets with the most optimum total delivered cost.

- Responsible to develop a well aligned Integrated Business Planning Process for the Enterprise, taking in to consideration YOHT Business model, critical success factors and business strategy in the areas of Sales & Operations Planning, Sales and Operations Execution and Long Term Capacity and Capability Planning with the objective to help the Operations Team to deliver the Right Tire at the Right Place and at the Right Time with the most optimal Total delivered Cost.

- Lead the journey of Functional transformation leveraging best in class processes & Digital /analytical tools to deliver enterprise and functional value with the intent of planning and delivering the right tires. Lead the process of developing the Functional Digital strategy for the mid - long term, collaborating with Operations Team, external advisors, IT and business teams.

- Lead Change Management for processes, tools implementation using a PMO approach and help and enable the Organization to embrace aligned technology, systems in the different areas.

- Lead the development of a Functional excellence road map from stage 1 ( Standard Processes , Policies , Master Data maturity ) to Stage 3 ( Innovation incubation , digital transformation ,automation ) after carefully assessing the AS-IS and articulating What good looks like , consistent with the Business and Functional strategy.

- Responsible to build functional capability building - functional competency mapping, evaluation of organization's team capability across geographies and recommend Individual development plan / Performance development plan to Department Head
