Reporting Manager : Global Head of Business Excellence
Key areas of responsibilities:
- Manage the portfolio of performance improvement/process reengineering projects and global BE initiatives
- Develop and execute BE strategy for the portfolio aligned to business needs.
- Take the ownership of business impact for the portfolio
- Lead cross functional cross geography performance improvement/process reengineering projects
- Work with Sr. Leadership on the priority projects and performance fixes
- Provide thought leadership on new operating models
- Lead complex (life cycle/ Spotlight account interventions) Continuous Improvement/Reengineering projects, cross geo projects
- Mentor project teams within BE and across functions on complex projects
- Facilitate or Lead Governance and provide updates to senior management of HGS
- Provide solutions ( people/process/tech.) and facilitate implementation for relatively complex projects
- Create proposals for business problems and challenges
- Facilitate creation and deployment of target operating model
- Provide thought leadership including industry best practices and primary/secondary research

Years of experience and qualification:
- Overall 15 years, min 12 years in process excellence/process consulting/operations strategy consulting. At least 2 years of experience in leading team of consultants/Sr. consultants. Min 5-6 years of BPO experience
- Number of years of experience requirement can be relaxed for Graduates/Post Graduates from premier institutes
- Education: BE, MBA; Certification: Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certified/Equivalent
