Role Description:

AGM BD will be responsible for expanding our clients India's business by identifying new clients, deepening existing client relationships and works to secure new business accounts and will provide robust internal process integration and aligned team efforts to provide outstanding client experience and customer delight.

Major KRA :

- Business Excellence

- Business Development & Client Relationship Management

- Internal Operations - Client Servicing

Desired qualifications, skills, and mindset :

- Must have total work experience of 15 years preferably in- process oriented Service Industry or Durables/ Telecom/Recyclers /Electronics or Auto Industry

- Bachelor's /Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Industry Technology, Information Technology, or similar course of study.

- Experience in growing, managing and inspiring internal teams; strong leadership and organizational skills must be complemented by relationship building management style.

- Must be Well versed with Advanced Excel (Knowledge of - V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Concatenate, Macros, Charts, Advance Excel Formulas - COUNTIF, AND, IF, ROUNDUP, SUBTOTAL, AVERAGES, Mail Merge Etc is a must)

- Must be expert in making PowerPoint presentations

- Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories

- Ability to understand senior management requirements and work with minimum instructions and supervision

- Ability to write concise, logical and accurate reports and procedures

- Superior People Management skills and Leadership skills lead the team of Managers
